TIU – Continuing Education Center organized a Turkish Course for Beginners to provide basic language resources to Turkish learners, and for students to improve their linguistic and communication skills. Classes were delivered to improve the participants’ Turkish reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, as well as grammar and vocabulary. This is a great opportunity for students to practice speaking Turkish within a great academic environement.

Each level was delivered in 8 weeks: morning and evening classes were conducted three days a week (Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The classes were small; the number of participants was no more than five, and students were able to receive personal guidance and feedback from the instructor.

The purpose of this course is to teach academic Turkish Language to students who wish to improve their Turkish speaking skills. The program helps to improve your reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, as well as Turkish grammar and vocabulary. Lessons are student-centered and provide lots of opportunities to practice language skills.
