TIU – Continuing Education Center organized an online Engineering Evaluation Course for students who wish to explore different academic areas and develop skills in specific Computer engineering and scientific subjects.
Students participated in the following courses:
1. General Physics: 40 lessons were delivered in 5 weeks (20th of October to the 10th of December 2023), and the final exam was conducted during the 6th and final week. The course was delivered by Dr. Pishtiwan Akram
2. General Chemistry: 40 lessons were delivered in 5 weeks (20th of October to the 6th of December 2023), and the final exam was conducted during the 6th and final week. The course was delivered by Mr. Muhammed Muaed
3.Academic Debate and Critical Thinking: 20 lessons were delivered in 5 weeks (20th of October to the 7th of December 2023), and the final exam was conducted during the 6th and final week. The course was delivered by Mrs. liva Sharef
4. 2. Advanced English: 40 lessons were delivered in 5 weeks (20th of October to the 6th of December 2023), and the final exam was conducted during the 6th and final week. The course was delivered by Mr. Recep Bilgin
These courses aimed to build:
- ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data
- ability to function on multi-disciplinary teams
- ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems
- an understanding of professional and ethical responsibility
- a recognition of the need for, and an ability to engage in life-long learning
- a knowledge of contemporary issues
- an ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
