TIU Continuing Education Center (CEC) Organizes Dinner Gathering for Turkish Course Participants
On 24 January 2026, the Continuing Education Center (CEC) at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a dinner gathering for participants of the Turkish Language Course in a welcoming university atmosphere. The event aimed to create a friendly and enjoyable environment for students to interact, strengthen their communication skills, and build stronger connections with their classmates and the CEC team.
The Turkish Language Course is designed to develop students’ Turkish language abilities through practical learning, with a particular focus on Turkish language learning and daily conversation. The course is conducted four days a week, with two hours of instruction per day, providing students with regular opportunities to practice and improve their communication skills.
The dinner gathering provided an opportunity for students and the CEC team to spend time together outside the classroom. Participants enjoyed the dinner, exchanged conversations, and shared their experiences about the course and their learning progress.
The event was organized by Mr. Mahir Hiwa, who coordinated the gathering and contributed to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the participants.
The Turkish Course participants expressed their appreciation to the Continuing Education Center for organizing such an event and for providing opportunities that go beyond classroom learning. They highlighted the importance of social activities in making the learning experience more enjoyable and motivating.
Remarkable Outcomes
The dinner successfully strengthened the relationship between the students and the CEC team and provided participants with an opportunity to practice communication in a relaxed environment. The event also contributed to creating a stronger sense of community among Turkish Course participants and encouraged them to continue developing their language skills.
