Continuing Education Center celebrate Woman Day. Mr Hasan Gurbuz, CEC manager expressed his best wishes to all female staff and hoping a happy life for everyone. On behalf of Mr Hasan, Ms Dunya, the CEC secretary offered some sweets and candies to all colleagues in CEC and Prep School and Education Faculty.
It was a special day when the students made a surprise for Ms Dunya Birthday. Attached pictures are the best description of what happened and how was that day.
Continuing Education Center still giving IQ classes to Gifted and Talented Kids Students on Saturdays. We observed some nice photos for the students with their teachers having nice times together.
Every Saturday at CEC we have IQ classes for Gifted and Talented Kids. Dr Jihan and Dr Urhan from ELT department are the special teachers for this course. Kids learn many objectives and lessons, like Maths and Solving problems.
Last week, Mr Mahir Hiwa, courses organizer, prepared a Maqluba Party for all evening classes together ( English, Turkish, Arabic) as an activity to motivate students to be in the real language environment. Students were so pleased and thankful to the course organizer for doing such a nice activity for them to share different cultures and get the authentic language.
Tomorrow Sunday, November 6, 2015, B1 level starting the second term( Pre-Intermediate ) of their English course. The will have a variety of language skills and materials. Within the current upper main course book. This term is 8 weeks and if they pass they will be able to study next level.

Continuing Education Center at Tishk International University having evening courses in Turkish, English and Arabic at the main building on Sundays , Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 7:300 pm. Current week , Sunday, November 29, to Thursday, December3, 2015 ,A1,A2,and B1 failed students given another chance to have make up exam. Now students reviewing all books and lessons with their teachers to enhance them getting ready and able to do the make up exam on Thursday, December3, 2015 as a second chance to continue higher level according to their current levels.
On Thursday ,November 26 , 2015 , B1 Elementary Students level did the level final exam. The exam was in 5 skills , Listening , Grammar & Vocabulary, Reading , Writing and Speaking. They have to achieve 60% out of 100 to be eligible and qualified to continue to the next level. This level was completed in 7 study weeks plus week 8 doing exams and scoring with results.
