On 22 January 2026, the Continuing Education Center at Tishk International University and the Language Preparatory School (LPS) Department successfully organized a staff lunch activity with the participation of all teaching and non-teaching staff members.
The Rectorate was formally invited and actively participated in the program, which added significant value and importance to the event.
The activity was organized after the completion of the first course as a gesture of appreciation, recognition, and encouragement for the continuous efforts and dedication of the staff members. The program aimed at strengthening professional relationships, promoting teamwork, and creating a friendly and supportive working environment within the institution.
The lunch activity provided an excellent opportunity for open communication and interaction between management and staff in a relaxed and positive atmosphere. Participants enjoyed spending time together, sharing ideas, and building stronger connections beyond their daily academic and administrative responsibilities.
The event contributed significantly to increasing staff motivation and morale by making employees feel appreciated, respected, and supported. It also helped reinforce cooperation, unity, and a collective spirit among all departments, encouraging long-term commitment and effective teamwork toward achieving institutional goals.
