Tishk International University – Continuing Education Center arranged Certificate Ceremony for English language Course (Starter) level on 23 January 2019 to international Committee of the Red Cross organization staff as an activity to motivate students to be in the real language environment. Students were so pleased and thankful to the TIU – CEC for doing such a nice Certificate Ceremony for them.
