In the 29th of November 2023, the Dean of Student Representatives at the Continuing Education Center at Tishk International University (TIU) participated in the Food Fundraising and Community Service Projects Introduction Day. This annual event is organized by the Deanery of Students at TIU. The food fundraising was arranged to help fund this year’s community service projects. TIU – Continuing Education Center organized a Turkish Course for Beginners to provide basic language resources to Turkish learners, and for students to improve their linguistic and communication skills. Classes were delivered to improve the participants’ Turkish reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, as well as grammar and vocabulary. This is a great opportunity for students to practice speaking Turkish within a great academic environment.
