In the 29th of November 2023, the Dean of Student Representatives at the Continuing Education Center at Tishk International University (TIU) participated in the Food Fundraising and Community Service Projects Introduction Day. This annual event is organized by the Deanery of Students at TIU. The food fundraising was arranged to help fund this year’s community service projects. TIU – Continuing Education Center organized a Turkish Course for Beginners to provide basic language resources to Turkish learners, and for students to improve their linguistic and communication skills. Classes were delivered to improve the participants’ Turkish reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, as well as grammar and vocabulary. This is a great opportunity for students to practice speaking Turkish within a great academic environment. TIU – Continuing Education Center organized Dinner meal (Dolama) to Turkish Course starter level - English Course Elementary level - Turkish Elementary level Participants and they spent a nice and unforgettable time together. The course provide basic language resources to Turkish and English learners, and for students to improve their linguistic and communication skills. TIU – Continuing Education Center organized an online Engineering Evaluation Course for students who wish to explore different academic areas, and develop skills in specific engineering and scientific subjects. Students participated in the following courses: 1. TIU – Continuing Education Center organized welcome party on 31 January 2021, Turkish Course (starter) Level to a group of students to improve their linguistic and communication skills.
